"It is difficult to fight for freedom, but I also know how difficult it can be to bend long years of habit and custom to grant it. There is no room for injustice anywhere in the American mansion."

About the Workshop

This two-day interactive workshop creates a safe, respectful, and loving atmosphere for participants to engage with critical issues around race and racism. The program goes beyond surface-level diversity discussions to examine the deeper conditioning that shapes our perspectives and behaviors.

Together, we explore customs and habits—sometimes sexist, racist, ageist, or homophobic—that often go unrecognized despite good intentions. Participants discover that we are all conditioned by these patterns, that changing them requires conscious effort, and that many operate both verbally and non-verbally.
