At The Change Lab, we know real progress begins when everyone has a seat at the table. Our Advisory Board brings together bridge-builders, civic catalysts, and systems thinkers who believe that connection is the foundation of lasting change. What It Means to Join Advisory Board memberships are selected through a nomination process. The term is 3 years. Your support—no matter the amount—makes you part of a community working toward a more resilient and united democracy. What to Expect Connect Twice a Year: You’ll be invited to two virtual gatherings (Spring & Fall) where you can share insights, learn about new projects, and meet fellow changemakers. Shape Our Work: Share feedback on select projects, materials, and strategies that guide our mission. Get Involved: Participate in one of our initiatives, events, or cohorts as your schedule allows. Be Recognized: Advisory Board members are listed on our website and recognized as core contributors to The Change Lab’s mission. Why Join? Help shape the future of civic repair and innovation. Gain early access to strategic briefs, research, and project invitations. Join a diverse, cross-partisan community. Amplify our work in your networks and be a champion for connection.
