Workshop Overview

The Collaboration Lab is a 3-month virtual learning experience designed to increase the confidence, capacity, and effectiveness of both emerging and established leaders working across sectors to address complex community challenges. Through four 90-minute interactive sessions, participants gain real tools, peer insights, and a tested collaboration framework.

Why It Matters

Real change requires real collaboration. This program helps participants move beyond vague partnerships toward structured, intentional, and inclusive collaboration practices. With a sliding scale model, it's also financially accessible for grassroots organizations and frontline leaders.

The Collaboration Lab builds the infrastructure for change by developing collaborative leaders—people who know how to build consensus, manage complexity, and move from fragmentation to alignment across sectors and communities.
