Why It Matters

Generational divisions are deepening just when collaboration is needed most. CoGenerate addresses this by building intergenerational bridges that spark innovation, expand belonging, and nurture mutual understanding—offering a replicable model of age-integrated social progress.

Alignment with The Change Lab

CoGenerate aligns with The Change Lab pathways of Civic Engagement (norm-shifting and shared responsibility), Community Infrastructure (support for programs that increase belonging and collaboration), and Sustainability Equity (ensuring older and younger populations thrive together economically and socially).
